Auxiliary sees increase in volunteers, still has shifts open

[Owatonna People's Press, February 12, 2010] Operations are running smoothly at the Owatonna Hospital, which relocated to 26th Street in October. So smoothly, in fact, that some of the patients who have been treated at the facility are coming back to volunteer their services.

That’s one of the experiences that Sue Simons, volunteer services supervisor for the Owatonna Hospital Auxiliary, said is attracting people to the auxiliary. She said her role has changed over the last several months, as more people are coming forward without being asked.
