The Owatonna Hospital on South Oak Avenue will close to patients in less than a month, and those in need of medical attention will be directed to the new 26th Street location. “October 16, at 7 a.m., is when we will stop accepting patients,” said David Albrecht, president of Owatonna Hospital.
