Securing your safety. Allina Health maintains strict policies and robust resources for the physical safety of our patients, visitors and employees. We are currently evaluating and strengthening security at every clinic and hospital throughout our system.
Campus guide
Specially designated lounge areas for visitors are located at the end of most patient wings and in the lobby. In addition, a designated surgery consulting waiting room is available for family members of surgery patients.
Wireless internet access
We offer GuestNet, free Wi-Fi wireless high-speed internet access for our patients and visitors in all areas of the hospital.

Tobacco-free campus
In keeping with the River Falls Area Hospital purpose of promoting health and healing, tobacco usage is not permitted on the campus.

Free parking is available in the lots outside the main lobby entrance with additional parking around the Hospital.
