Securing your safety. Allina Health maintains strict policies and robust resources for the physical safety of our patients, visitors and employees. We are currently evaluating and strengthening security at every clinic and hospital throughout our system.

General visiting hours

• Monday-Friday: Open until 8 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Campus guide

There is a lounge for visitors on the first floor in the lobby. Specific waiting areas have been designated for families of patients in the emergency department, surgery and the inpatient units on second floor.

Wireless internet access

We offer GuestNet, free Wi-Fi wireless high-speed internet access for our patients and visitors in all areas of the hospital.

Complimentary charging stations

For your convenience, we have a number of charging stations throughout our facility, compatible with various devices (cell phone, computer, laptop, tablet) based on brand.

Tobacco-free campus

In keeping with the New Ulm Medical Center purpose of promoting health and healing, tobacco usage is not permitted on the campus. 

Parking

Free parking for patients and visitors is available in front of the hospital's main entrance and the clinic entrance. Parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas, or areas designated for physicians.
