Car seat checks
Important: Car seat checks occur in and around Anoka County and can often be found at your local police or fire department. Most require an appointment. This is not for installation services, only for a safety check-up.
Arrive Alive
Arrive Alive challenges high school students to think about the dangers of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, distracted driving, texting and driving, and the responsibilities of making mature decisions. The program shows that just one bad decision to drive distracted can not only have tragic results, but affects the entire community.

Stop the Bleed® Campaign - As Allina’s only verified Level II Trauma Center, Mercy Hospital is proud to announce that we are continuing an exciting and important initiative. We will be working with the national public service campaign “Stop the Bleed” to better prepare bystanders in the event of bleeding emergencies.
Beginning in February 2021, the team members of Mercy Trauma Services will be offering free classes for healthcare providers, schools, churches, local businesses and virtually any organization. No prior medical training is needed. We’d love to get everyone involved! If individuals meet specific professional requirements, they can also become instructors.
