Securing your safety. Allina Health maintains strict policies and robust resources for the physical safety of our patients, visitors and employees. We are currently evaluating and strengthening security at every clinic and hospital throughout our system.
Campus guide
The information desk in the lobby of the main east entrance of the hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guest information is available 24 hours at the emergency department entrance. Admitting
Mercy's main patient registration department is open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. For your convenience, enter through the emergency door, which is open 24 hours a day.
Registration for radiology, emergency and heart patients is done at the point of service.

Tobacco-free campus
In keeping with the Mercy Hospital purpose of promoting health and healing, tobacco usage is not permitted on the campus.

We offer GuestNet, free Wi-Fi wireless high-speed internet access for our patients and visitors in all areas of the hospital.
Parking
Mercy Hospital provides free parking for patients and visitors.
