Treat yourself—and your friends—to girls' night in. After a hectic week of work and adulting, you might need some time to recharge and chill. Here are some ideas you can do by yourself or with friends for girls' night in:
Wear comfy clothes and wrap up in a blanket.
Enjoy some lavender aromatherapy in a diffuser to promote relaxation.
Listen to music, or better yet sing some karaoke
Pull out some adult coloring books and color away.
Snack on a variety of nuts, olives, dark chocolate, fruit and fancy cheese (if it agrees with you).
Drink herbal tea or red wine (if it agrees with you).
Pull up a relaxing yoga class on YouTube and start the night off by letting go of the worries from the week.
Watch a funny movie or binge on a TV series.
Create a safe space for venting and problem solving.
Go in a circle and each take time to share what's going on and allow those who love and know you best to deeply listen and give you encouragement.
