New moms are juggling a whole new schedule revolving around baby’s sleep and eat time. Finding a spare moment (and the energy) to do regular things, like eat a meal, can be a challenge. Post-partum nutrition is so important, especially when you’re breastfeeding since your little one’s diet is reliant on yours. Healthy eating is also what helps get rid of the baby fat.
