After spending his childhood in a rural area of upstate New York, Reina knew he wanted to escape the boringness that surrounded him and explore the world, and he was able to do just that once he enlisted in the Marine Corps.

[Isanti County News, September 12, 2018]   Allina Health’s teen mental well-being program, Change to Chill , is partnering with a select group of area high schools that will receive hands-on support from Allina Health to implement Change to Chill. The partnership will foster school-wide efforts toward creating and nurturing a culture of mental well-being among students and staff.

[Isanti County News, June 06, 2018]   For over 27 years, Cambridge artist Marilyn Cuellar has been displaying and selling her artwork at art fairs across the state and the Midwest. Her next art show, titled “Celebrate a Year of Art,” opening June 19 at Cambridge Medical Center, is a very personalized art show that will depict 10 graphite portraits based on her travels over the years throughout Minnesota, to Italy for vacations and to Africa to visit her daughter who had been serving in the Peace Corps.

[Isanti County News, December 07, 2016]   The donation by Allina Health will allow the building to be used as an advocacy center for abused or neglected children, with the official paperwork signed on Dec. 1.

[Isanti County News, June 15, 2016]   After years of hard work, Allina Health and the city of Isanti have broken ground for a new clinic. A formal ground-breaking was held June 9 for the new Allina Health Isanti Clinic to be constructed at the southwest corner of Highway 65 and County Road 5.

Cambridge Medical Center was recognized as part of The Joint Commission’s 2015 annual report, “America’s Hospitals: Improving Quality and Safety,” for attaining and sustaining excellence in accountability measure performance for pneumonia, surgical care and stroke.

The Pipeline embolization device is a braided wire mesh cylindrical device that is placed across the neck of an aneurysm, a blood-filled ballooning wall of a blood vessel.

[Isanti County News, September 09, 2015]   Since his diagnosis of stage 4 brain cancer in February 2014, Tim Elliott, of Isanti, hasn’t been able to walk on his own, but wanted to remain active with his wife, Amanda, and their two young sons. A couple of months ago, the Elliotts decided to visit Outdoor Edge in Cambridge and met with owner K.C. Bohn about purchasing a recumbent bike so he could take bike rides with his family.
