Protecting your family from H1N1 flu

[Jordan Independent, September 30, 2009] A physician who is vice president of medical affairs at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee has offered an update on the H1N1 virus along with some recommendations on how to keep family members healthy. Last week, the Minnesota Department of Health announced that flu in the state has reached the “widespread” status, the highest classification in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) reporting system. That means cases of influenza have been reported in at least half of the state's regions.
