Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s Celebration of Courage set for June 29

MINNEAPOLIS (June 2, 2021) — Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s 8th Annual Celebration of Courage is set for June 29 at 12 noon. While we are unable to gather in-person at our regular luncheon event, we can still celebrate together in a virtual setting to support Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute adaptive sports and recreation activities for athletes with disabilities.

Emceed by Fox 9 News’ Courtney Godfrey, the event will also feature a special appearance by former Minnesota Twin and long-time Courage Kenny partner, Michael Cuddyer.

The event is a celebration of the Power of Sports. Courage Kenny Sports & Recreation has worked hard to transform its programs to keep athletes playing through the pandemic. Now that most in-person programs are re-starting, we have exciting updates to share including a powerful program highlighting individuals impacted by Courage Kenny Adaptive Sports & Recreation and how to help support our programs.

Visit www.allinahealth.org/CelebrationofCourage to register and make a gift. Then tune in on June 29 at noon to celebrate Courage Kenny Sports & Recreation. If you register by June 22 you will be entered in a drawing to win a basket of Minnesota Twins swag and other fun items.

There is no cost to attend virtually, but there are opportunities to make a contribution. Purchase a Celebration of Courage t-shirt for $20 and support the cause. Supplies are limited. Consider being a Celebration of Courage Champion and help make this the most successful Celebration event ever. Sign up here if you are interested in being a Champion.
