MINNEAPOLIS (February 17, 2021) — Yesterday, Allina Health and communities throughout Minnesota joined together in solidarity to acknowledge the one-week observance of the senseless violence that took place on February 9, 2021 at the Allina Health Clinic – Buffalo Crossroads.
Allina Health would like to express its gratitude for each heartfelt social media post, prayer and gesture of support for #BuffaloStrong. Purple lights shined in communities throughout the state on Tuesday night in support of the victims, their families and the Buffalo community, including the following buildings and landmarks: Allina Health Clinic – Buffalo Crossroads, Allina Health Buffalo Hospital, Allianz Field in St. Paul, U.S. Bank Stadium, 35W Bridge, and many more. The purple lighting will remain at the Allina Health Clinic – Buffalo Crossroads and the Buffalo Hospital through the night of Sunday, Feb. 17.
