ELLSWORTH, Wis. (December 7, 2020) —Health care systems across Wisconsin and the country continue to face financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we navigate these challenges, we have made the difficult decision to close the Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy Ellsworth location. The location closed December 4 2020. CKSPT – Ellsworth physical therapists will be providing services at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute – River Falls location and will continue to provide care for patients there. Courage Kenny remains committed to helping its patients achieve their highest level of independence, health and wellness.
