New Allina Health Greenway Clinic opens July 9

MINNEAPOLIS (July 1, 2019) — Allina Health’s newest clinic in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis will open on July 9. Located in the heart of Uptown, the new Allina Health Greenway Clinic is conveniently situated in the popular Minneapolis neighborhood where many Twin Cities residents live, work and play. The Greenway Clinic is at 3270 W. Lake Street on the second floor of Calhoun Village.

“We are excited to be opening a clinic that puts the patients’ needs first, at every moment,” said Melissa Showers, Greenway, Isles & Uptown Clinics Manager. “Allina Health Greenway will be a natural extension of the other Allina clinics in the Uptown area with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians, while adding OB/Gyn services and Urgent Care services.

"Consistent with Allina’s vision of being a place where all are welcome, Greenway will be home to doctors with a variety of professional interests including care for the transgender community, non-binary community and LGBTQ community as a whole. It will also serve as an innovative learning lab for Allina Health Clinics in patient-centered care and technology innovation. We look forward to this addition to the community in charting a course towards wellness.”

The 14,000 square foot clinic was designed with the patient’s convenience and comfort in mind, with easy-to-use digital tools such as time-saving online scheduling and check-in, Patient Wisdom pre-appointment forms to easily share information with a provider and make the most of time spent at the clinic, and follow-up virtual visits with a provider.

The Allina Health Greenway Clinic will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Urgent Care services are available Monday - Friday from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
