RIVER FALLS, Wis. 7/3/2018 —The Allina Health River Falls clinic is celebrating one year of service to western Wisconsin. On June 19, 2017, the clinic opened their doors to provide quality health care to River Falls and surrounding communities.
Since opening last year, Allina Health has been working to bring additional services to western Wisconsin and help meet the growing needs for primary and specialty care.
"We were pleased to welcome pediatrician, Katie Hecker, MD, and psychologist Roberta Singerhouse, PsyD, to the clinic team this year," said Rita Raverty, MD, family medicine physician and lead physician at Allina Health River Falls Clinic. "They have joined our team of providers which include: acupuncturist Darcy Becker, LAc, and family medicine physicians Carrie Torgersen, MD, Amaris Moore, MD, and Katelyn Bezek, MD. By expanding our services and health care team, were able to provide quality and comprehensive health care to our patients, close to home."
The clinic offers family medicine, pediatrics, mental health, pregnancy and women's care, and acupuncture through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing.Steps away on the campus, River Falls Area Hospital provides everything from a birth center to cancer care, rehabilitation services and an emergency department.
