Allina Health Hospice offers newly bereaved support group

OWATONNA, Minn. 6/5/2018—Allina Health Hospice invites those affected by death to attend a free newly bereaved support group on Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m.

The support group provides a safe and confidential environment to share and receive support during your healing journey. The four-week class is intended to prevent isolation and learn tools to help you work through your grief. You will cover the following topics:
• It’s grief, “I am not going crazy”
• Your grief is unique
• Self-care and healthy living after grief
• The journey continues

The class is held at Homestead Hospice House, 2350 NW 26th Street in Owatonna, on:
• June 12
• June 19
• June 26
• July 10
